Mercury Sales & Service is the preferred choice for clients such as the Canadian Coast Guard, RCMP and Local Police. We also service many of the Whale watching and marine tour companies and their fleets of high-performance boats.

Local fishermen, both commercial and recreational also frequent our shop for their annual spring and winter maintenance as well as year round supplies and services.
Mercury Sales & Service owner Milton Barnes, is a certified Mercury Master Technician with experience in all types of marine service.
Milton leads our team of technicians who offer years of knowledge and experience in the boating industry. Together with our counter staff we sell and service the complete line of Mercury products from the smallest outboards to powerful sterndrive and inboard motors. We also service most other makes of marine motors and equipment and offer selected new and used boats and motors for sale.
Our location has offered marine services and sales to the Victoria area beginning in 1952. We purchased the business in 2001 and have updated our operation including refinishing our entire shop inside and out, expanding our service areas and updating our service equipment to ensure the correct servicing of today’s highly technical engines. We have installed a new wharf to allow for on the water service and repairs and also upgraded our operation to meet environmental regulations for both our land and water based services. We have also added a quick response spill or emergency service vessel to help guard the harbour and assist local boaters.
Future plans include the addition of a multilevel dry-land boat storage system for secure over-wintering of our customer's boats, a new direct entry ramp from our yard into the harbour to assist us service larger vessels.
